1) Wear a bra even if you are a free spirit (refer to Charlie Dimmock).
2) Make sure it fits - embrace your cups - not literally - some members may be in denial , but it doesn't mean you should too
3) Never trust a boy that asks you what bra size you are
4) A sports bra WILL make you flat BUT there are two benefits, a) when you're 40, you won't need someone to help you pick them off the floor b) in the short term, you won't have to keep explaining the black eye to people
5) Double-bag i.e. wear two bras or a bra and vest with support - your breasts won't go anywhere

7) Finally, is anyone else worried about the fact that the bra tips are written by the boys?
